Day 95, Jul 12, 2011

Lunch:

Yes, the proverbial staple food - and I say this because chicken happens to be the safest food to serve in any occasion. Some people don't eat beef - others are prevented from taking pork due ot religious beliefs (though it has health benefits to not take them too), and as for sea food... well, some people have allergies, albeit more on the shellfish or crustacean side... so chicken becomes the usual staple for most (except for vegans, that is).

Me? I don't have these hang ups - though I do concentrate on fish and chicken as my usual staple - and veggies whenever I cna have them too... all for better health, of course... and when it comes to chicken, the best tasting (though not as healthy) is of course the traditional fried variety (roasted comes a close second to me). Be it Kentucky, Jolibee, Max's ( a favorite) or as in this case, Rack's... fried chicken is my 'not bother thinking' choice for lunch food.
