This is the new Command Center - its where the Officers; both regional and local, will be hanging out once the project goes live on August 1.
Naturally, as part of making sure we are ready for that day, its not enough to see if the room's facilities are ready and working (I tested the aircon last Friday - just to make sure its not noisy any more), but that the people are equally ready for the task.
What are we doing in this room? Practicing for a Command Center / Intensive Care demonstration - specifically how handling issues will happen. This will be done for the benefit of the Directors / Project sponsors, so they will have an idea of what will be happening when the company's new system goes live. Naturally, I had to take a step back and freeze this moment for posterity's sake.
