Day 138, Aug 24, 2011

Coaching:

This is my last scheduled class for this fiscal year of Accenture - although it wasn't really the last one, I guess the enrollees for the Thursdsay and Friday training did not reach the magic number - hence the cancellation, hence my relatively long break (since Monday and Tuesday next week are holidays).

Be that as it may, I'm glad that my last session for 2010-2011 happens to be Coaching in the Worlplace, and I get to partner with Jingo - another colleague whom I have not been partnering with these past months, due to the fact that we normally train in different circles.

In this picture, our participants are watching a video that hopefully demonstrates empathy - so that they may find how it (empathy) helps make the coach seem open and approachable. I also liked the fact that the conduct was done in this particular room - spacious even for the large class we were tasked to handle. Over all, it was a nice class, and Jingo wrapped his part up rather early, so I could take my time in the afternoon. We did finish withing the 5pm time frame. Considering how tight the course's conduct time line is (and how others often go beyond the proposed 5:30pm end, I'd still call that a fast paced finish.
