Almost a Fear Itself dominated batch this week. And its not because Marvel has dominated my selection - its just that DC is curently embroiled in its own maxi-cross over series - Flashpoint.
So what did I like about this week's pull? I'd have to say the Uncanny X-men issue was greater than all the other Fear Itself titles, as this issue's plot was moving forward ever so smoothly - my only confusion was which came first - the Thunderbolts trying to stop Juggernaut (as I assumed it would be) or the X-men? Too bad - they missed out on a possible cross-over here.
Only issue not connected to any major cross-over event was the Titans Annual - call these your dark Titans, but the annual was interesting - even if I just jumped into the story (as they were fighting the Justice League... which happened to be the old Titans. I just might continue collecting the succeeding issues connected to this current arc... after all, it seems that Joey's back (and I'll close with that cryptic remark - which I'm sure old Titans fans would know about).
