Continuing my series of photos regarding my colleagues in training. This time, I'm partnered with Francis for Application Analysis - another three day course, and one that I have been delivering for quite some time now, I hardly need to review any of the materials at all.
I've mastered the topics and in some way, the project I came from made me appreciate some aspects of the training a bit more... albeit, just a bit - after all, I did join the U2K2 team some time during testing already, so I did not see the analysis phase.
That said, I asked Francis to tackle the morning sessions, so I could control the afternoon ones - and in that regard, likewise control when we could end each day. Sneaky? Not really, as I said, between Francis and me, I know the materials better by heart - so I know where necessary adjustments can be made - and where things need to be emphasized. Lucky for me, Francis was open to the idea - and later, he too was amazed at how I was able to compress the discussions - without short changing anything. I'm also sure he did not mind ending a little earlier than usual... in fact this allowed us to beat the rain, as we;d arrive home before it poured and caused traffic jams.
