Ariel:
Day 2 of Team Lead School, though this time, my partner in crime for this day happens to be Ariel. He took over Mon's slot, as Mon had some personal matter to work on.
Ariel is already a seasoned speaker, and by this time, he is also familiar with the Accenture materials - he has also seemingly ingrained himself into the group, as they have accepted him as a viable co-facilitator (unlike a few others) by the more seasoned co-facilitators I have. His penchant to talk, share ideas and joke are a seeming hit to our participants.
He is also a seemingly calming and unbiased influence to the discussions we sometimes have regarding problems we've been encountering with our (meaning P1's) client. Yup... I found working with Ariel quite easy... and he never fails to somehow insert his other focus (when he's not training with us) into our discussions... namely investing (be it stock market or in metals... the latter of which he is now more focused with).
Just like my take with Mon, I used the zoom lens to take Ariel in action - and notice the blurry arms, which indicates that he was gesturing as I took this shot. Similarly, I did not use flash photography here... just natural lighting.
