This was an evening of get together for all Accenture facilitators - a sort of 'thank you for a job well done' these past trying months.
At first, I was wondering why Yaki Mix? That is, until I realized that Yaki Mix is a buffet table with mostly Japanese style cooking - and I simply enjoyed the night.
I had some tempura as starters - and a few crispy pata, then quickly focused on the Salmon sashimi and the many types of makis - from Califronia to every place else.
I could have gone for a third round - but honestly, I was already full, so I opted for dessert which turned out ot be the least favorite part due to the bland taste of such desserts. Oh well... it was good while it lasted.
This picture is of their modern chandelier, as I once saw this in a display window - wanted to take a shot, but might have been told not to... some people think I might be stealing ideas - as opposed to blogging. Sheesh... but nope, thankfully, that did not happen here. So take this shot I did. I would have wanted to take a group shot but we were all on separate tables.
My only hope is that come next time, this should happen around lunch time - then I wouldn't be too worried about eating too much in the evening.
