No... this is not the first Cap compilation I got... as I purchased the Stern/Byrne/Rubinstein work a few weeks ago - but now, here was a compilation of Cap stories I got to read for the first time with this hardbound stories.
As I stare at this, I am reminded of how I - once upon a time - got to talk about collecting trades... so what was my excuse for this? Well... it represented the Invaders in one arc, and God know what else.
The thing is, as busy as I am, I may just peek in between this compilations' pages when I get to have more time / experiences. Oh well... C'est la vie. I think the thickness of the compilation is daunting... but even then I can commit to one story (issue) a day if I put my mind to it. So here's to Cap who's new found fan-base may stem from the fact that the fan-base interest to see the upcoming movie would need some drumming up.
I, for one, can't wait to see how things pan out. As the saying goes - spirit-willing but weak flesh. So now I wonder - what to do?
