Today I met up with my dad - we decided to have breakfast in Pancake House, Magallanes before going our resepctive ways to work. what did we talk about? For starters, how life was treating me,
He was glad to hear I was doing okay - although in a consultant capacity and not regularly employed. He told me a little about his past - and how his NYU Masters diploma always gave him the shortlist option - and how a similar Masters degree could help boost my employability factor... he also said he was willing ot fund for this - should I pursue such a path. This has not been the first time he's talked to me about it... and I do wish I could take him up on this offer... but obviously, while doing the Accenture project, I could not even entertain the possibility. Does this mean I can do so now? Maybe I can... it's just two years, after all... and lots of research and studies to boot. Will I have the patience still... or perseverance?
Oh well, if anything else, it was nice touching base with him.
