Team Lead School

This is an adhoc training - and as such, regardless of how little they may be (in this case, the participants were just six people), it means there is a need that has to be fulfilled - one that can't wait for the usual schedules. So, despite the low numbers, Tess and I were tasked to conduct the training for two days... not that I'm complaining, mind you.

As it is, the participants had little to ask, and this training went without any hitch (unless you count the fact that the participants handouts were not available when needed), so we basically ended a bit early each day - which is fine for us. After all, whether were looking at 6 or 25 participants, we still need to exert the same effort in facilitating the course.
