Whenever we've a class, there are preparatory steps that need to be done, such things like room reservations, equipment working fine, food and drinks and other logistical items - including the needed flip chart paper and markers... well these people are the ones who do it.
Should they do things right, then all we need ot so is just walk into teh training room, conduct our stuff and leave the rest to them - either to dispose of... or keep until the next time.
I stumbled into their Christmas party preparations, and agreed to take some pictures and post in F.B. That way, they'll have some sort of reminder before the party.
