Day 193, Oct 18, 2011

PM class frustrations:

The room is small for the number of participants - the computers add to the tightness, and lets not forget the heat emitted by the monitors. We've hardly any room to walk around... welcome to training we conduct (in this case, Fiel and I) these days.

This isn't the first time such a situation has happened - and yet, for whatever reason, we seem to be experiencing the same frustrations week in and week out. We (all my colleagues) go to solution mode... meaning we find ways and means to work around these frustrations - but lately we've been doing this with great frequency that I think we need not be called facilitators, and rather be dubbed as trouble-shooters. And to think that we'll have to feel like sardines for four days.

Patience don't fail me now.
