For one a sens of humor - hence the sticking out of the tongue as I try taking a picture in an otherwise serious demeanor. Next is of course, the deadpan face as she does this.
Otherwise, she would come across as serious but slightly sophisticated - in her defense, the day did not warrant sophistication, and yes, maybe a hint of tolerance to a husband who tries acting like a paparazzi.
